About QnC

Quick-N-Clever is the consulting brainchild of Justin Landskron, a technologist and strategist with a thirty year track record in web, digital marketing and systems design.

From launching online ecosystems for iconic game brands at Ubisoft, to untangling the day-to-day snarls of local businesses in Sonoma and Marin. The through line is decoding complexity. Then building something that makes sense, and sticks.

"When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro."

QnC isn't a one-size-fits-all service shop. It's a selective partnership built on trust, clarity, and clever execution. Whether it's getting you found by the customers already looking for you, putting AI to work on the repetitive middle of your marketing, or making your site a harder target for an accessibility complaint - we're here to shine a light into the corners and get your business humming.

Running teams turned out to be training for this

Most of that career was spent as a department and division head, which sounds like the opposite of hands-on until you watch how AI work actually goes wrong. The job was never typing. It was holding the whole picture, briefing specialists well enough to get useful work back, knowing which answer smelled wrong before anyone could prove it, and deciding what not to build.

That is the same job now. AI will confidently hand you something plausible and wrong, and the skill that catches it is the one you get from years of reviewing other people's work. It is why we can move fast with these tools without shipping nonsense, and why the training half of what we sell is about judgment rather than prompts.

What sets me apart:

  • 30+ years across web, marketing and systems, much of it leading the teams doing the building
  • No jargon, no hype - just clear systems and solutions you can actually use
  • A partner who listens first, then builds smart
  • Years spent directing cross-functional teams, which turns out to be the same job as directing AI well
  • Deep systems and IT background, which shows up when something turns out to be held together with tape
  • Designed for the small but mighty: grassroots, creative, service-based, or legacy businesses who are ready to evolve

You'll know pretty quickly whether this is a fit. If it isn't, we'll say so early and point you at someone better suited, which costs everyone a lot less than finding out later.
