Accessibility Statement

My Commitment

QnC is committed to ensuring that qnc.pro is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice control software.

My homepage currently scores 9.5 out of 10 on the WAVE AIM accessibility index — placing it in the top tier of small business websites. I audited and remediated this site myself, and I hold my client work to the same standard.

My Standard

I target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2, Level AA — the benchmark referenced by courts in ADA Title III digital accessibility cases. This standard covers visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive accessibility needs.

What I've Done

  • Audited all pages using WAVE (WebAIM) and axe DevTools against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA criteria

  • Verified sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1) across all visible text

  • Confirmed all images have descriptive alternative text

  • Tested full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators throughout

  • Maintained a logical heading structure for screen reader navigation

  • Ensured all interactive elements have accessible names

Known Limitations

This site is built on the Wix platform. Some platform-generated markup is outside my direct control. One visually hidden skip navigation link has a contrast value below WCAG AA threshold due to a Wix platform constraint. This element is not visible to sighted users and does not affect the visual experience of the site. I will address this when a platform-level fix becomes available.

My Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time fix. I review this site when content changes, when the platform updates, and on an annual basis at minimum. I document all audits and remediation actions as part of my compliance practice.
