Accessibility Statement

My Commitment

QnC is committed to ensuring that qnc.pro is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice control software.

I audited and remediated this site myself, and I hold my client work to the same standard.

My Standard

I target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2, Level AA, the benchmark referenced by courts in ADA Title III digital accessibility cases. This standard covers visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive accessibility needs.

What I've Done

• Audited every page with WAVE (WebAIM): an AIM score of 10 out of 10 on every page, with zero errors and zero contrast errors (October 6, 2026).
• Scanned every page with axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA rules: zero violations (September 22, 2026).
• Tested keyboard navigation on every page: every link and control can be reached with the Tab key, and each one shows a visible focus indicator with at least 3:1 contrast against its background (October 6, 2026).
• Verified color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for all text
• Confirmed every image has alternative text
• Kept a logical heading structure on every page for screen reader navigation
• Made sure every link and control has an accessible name
• The workshop take-home PDF is a tagged PDF with its language and title set. If you need it in another format, email me and I'll send one.

Known Limitations

None currently known. This site is built on infrastructure I control directly, so platform-generated markup is no longer a constraint on remediation. The skip navigation link disclosed as a limitation in the previous version of this statement now meets contrast requirements.

My Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time fix. I review this site when content changes, when the platform updates, and on an annual basis at minimum. I document all audits and remediation actions as part of my compliance practice.
