ADA & Privacy Compliance

Accessibility audits and privacy review for small business websites. The goal is a harder target and a documented record of good faith.

Demand letters over website accessibility are real, they land on small businesses, and the first thing anyone asks is what you did about it and when.

We will be straight with you about what this buys. Nobody can sell you legal immunity, and anyone offering it is selling something else. What you can have is a site that is genuinely harder to complain about and a written record showing you took it seriously before anyone asked. That is worth having on both counts, because the same work makes the site better for the people using it.

An audit that names real problems

Automated scanning finds a fraction of what matters, so we also drive the site by keyboard and read it the way a screen reader does. You get findings in plain English, ranked by how likely they are to actually stop someone.

The fixes, not just the list

Most audits end at a PDF. We would rather fix the contrast, the missing labels, the focus traps and the unreachable menu, then re-test and show you the difference.

A record that you acted

What was found, what was fixed, what is still open and when it is scheduled. Documented good faith is the thing you actually have when someone comes asking.

Privacy that matches reality

A privacy policy should describe what your site really does. Most describe a template. We check what is actually loading, what it collects, and whether you needed that cookie banner at all.

We hold our own site to this

Every page here is built to the same standard we audit against, and our own accessibility statement says where we stand rather than claiming perfection.
