AI & Marketing Automation
We build the automation and the dashboards, then teach your team to run them. Aimed squarely at marketing, because that is where the repetitive work and the wasted spend both live.
There is a lot of noise about AI right now and most of it is either a demo or a subscription. The useful version is narrower and more boring: find the tasks a person does every week that do not need a person, and take them off the desk.
Ad accounts that get watched
Google Ads and META campaigns reviewed against what actually happened, not against the platform's own scorecard. Both platforms are extremely good at reporting that you are doing well.
Dashboards that answer one question
What did we spend, what came back, and which of these should stop. A dashboard nobody opens is a report nobody reads with extra steps.
The repetitive middle of the work
Drafting, resizing, reformatting, chasing, reconciling, summarising. The parts of marketing that eat afternoons and do not require judgment.
Training your team to run it
Sessions with the people who will actually use it, on your work, not a generic curriculum. The goal is that you stop needing us for this, which is a strange thing to sell and the right thing to do.
How we work
No black box. You see what was built, how it works and what it costs to run, and it lives in your accounts. If we disappeared tomorrow, everything we made for you would keep working and somebody else could pick it up.
We also say no. If a tool you already pay for does the thing, we will point at it rather than build a second one.
