Why Google Workspace Is the Right Fit for Us (and Maybe for You, Too)

We don’t push platforms because of partnerships, we recommend what works, and frequently what we actually use ourselves. Google Workspace has become the backbone of QnC’s own operations because it strikes the right balance between cost, ease of use, and powerful features.

It’s not a silver bullet, but it is a flexible, affordable, well-supported platform that just plain works, especially for small businesses trying to stay lean and get organized. Here’s what makes it stand out for us:

• Email that behaves. Custom domains, great spam filtering, and simple user management without the Exchange headaches.

• Drive that doesn’t derail you. Shared Drives let teams stay on the same page without creating “Version Chaos v5_FINAL-really-final.pdf”.

• Docs, Sheets, Slides. Real-time collaboration without yelling across the office or dealing with locked files and highly compatible with their Microsoft equivalents.

• Admin controls that aren’t a nightmare. Even for small teams, user security, 2FA, and remote management are just a few clicks away.

• It plays nice with others. Google Workspace works smoothly with tons of third-party tools we also use: Zoom, 1Password, Slack, Adobe, Wave, you name it.

There are some situations where Microsoft 365 or even a hybrid solution makes more sense and we’re happy to help figure that out. But for the majority of small businesses we serve, Google Workspace offers the best mix of simplicity, collaboration, and control without blowing your budget.
