The Local Advantage: Why We Stay Close to Home

When we say we’re local, we don’t mean “we used to live here” or “we’ve got a 707 number.” We mean we actually live and work in the North Bay, we grew up here and were lucky enough to have returned here.

QnC is built around the idea that small businesses thrive on relationships. That’s hard to do when your IT person is three time zones away or only reachable through a ticketing system. Our clients are in Sonoma and Marin counties because we want to be close enough to walk in the door if something goes sideways. Or if you just want to talk things out over coffee.

Being local also means understanding the pace, quirks, and values of our region. Whether you’re in downtown Petaluma or up a gravel road in Sebastopol, we design solutions that make sense for how you work—not just what’s trending in a newsletter.

We’ll never scale to infinity, and that’s the point. We’d rather grow alongside the people we serve. That’s the kind of proximity that builds real trust and keeps the tech humming. We're part of the community and intentionally invest in our community, in these crazy times, it's the most sane thing we can do.
